1. About these terms

These terms cover the FlowCut app and website, provided by SWINK AI INC. (“we” and “us”). FlowCut offers yoga video recording, pose recognition, clip selection, editing and export tools. By using FlowCut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact hello@goswie.com with questions.

2. Using FlowCut

Use FlowCut only where you are legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Keep account credentials secure. Do not access another person’s account, bypass security or payment restrictions, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

3. Your footage and permissions

You retain your rights in the footage you import and the edits you create. You permit FlowCut to process your content as necessary to perform the features you request, including pose recognition, clip selection, editing and export. This does not transfer ownership of your footage to us. Obtain any necessary permission from people appearing in your recordings, venues and other rights holders. Only add music or other material you have permission to use.

4. Pose recognition and practice safety

Pose recognition and any reference comparisons are editing aids. Camera position, visibility, movement, lighting and video quality can affect results. Labels, clip boundaries and reference similarities may be inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. FlowCut does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, certify correct technique or replace a qualified instructor. Do not use a recognition result as proof that a movement is safe or appropriate for you. Keep your original recordings.

5. Export and third-party services

You choose whether to save or share your videos. Check for personal information and obtain necessary permissions before publishing. Copies shared with others may remain after you delete your own copy. App stores, sign-in providers and sharing services have their own terms and privacy practices. FlowCut software, branding and website materials remain protected by their owners’ intellectual property rights.

6. Paid features, if offered

Prices, included features, usage limits and renewal conditions will be shown before purchase. Manage app-store subscriptions and cancellation through the store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are subject to the applicable store process and your statutory rights; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

7. Availability and ending use

Features may change as the product develops and may depend on device capabilities, operating system and permissions. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. You may stop using FlowCut and request deletion of information held by us. Save anything you need before deletion. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free recognition. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
