Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers the FlowCut yoga video editing app and website operated by SWINK AI INC. For privacy questions and requests, contact hello@goswie.com. The information involved depends on the features you use and permissions you grant.

2. Videos and editing information

Videos you record or import may include faces, bodies, voices and details of your surroundings. FlowCut processes video frames, body landmarks, recognized pose labels, timestamps, selected clips and editing settings to provide recognition and editing. Projects and exports may contain identifiable people. Source videos are not uploaded for pose recognition; recognition is performed on your device. The current workflow does not provide cloud video backup. Photos access can involve content managed by your own iCloud Photos settings.

3. Accounts and support

Account features process information such as your email address, user identifier and profile details. FlowCut uses its own Supabase service for authentication and profile storage. Where you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the selected provider processes the sign-in request and supplies the information you authorize. App sessions are stored using the device Keychain. If you contact us, we receive your message, email address and any attachments you send.

4. Why information is processed

Information is used to carry out recording, pose recognition, clip selection, editing and export; maintain your account and profile; respond to support requests; troubleshoot problems; protect the service from misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing your video for a requested edit does not give us permission to publish it in marketing or use it for unrelated model training. Those uses would require separate, clearly explained permission.

5. Permissions and sharing

Camera and microphone permissions support recording; Photos permissions support importing and saving media. Manage these permissions in iOS Settings. Limiting access may disable the associated feature. You decide whether to export or share a video. Sharing to Instagram or another service gives that service access to the shared content under its own policies. Recipients may retain copies independently of FlowCut.

6. Website and service providers

Website and online service requests may expose technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time and error details to the systems handling them. This website does not embed advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting, authentication and support providers process information needed to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or misuse. FlowCut’s current app privacy manifest does not declare advertising tracking.

7. Retention, security and deletion

Retention depends on the purpose of processing and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can manage local projects and exports in the app and recordings in Photos. Account deletion is available in Profile; contact us for assistance or data requests. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove recordings from Photos, copies you exported or content shared with another service. Keep your own backups. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Your rights and children’s information

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@goswie.com with enough information to locate the relevant data; we may need to verify your authority. You may also contact your local data protection authority. A parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone below the age of legal adulthood. Do not process or share children’s footage without required permissions. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted improperly.

9. International processing and updates

Online providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable transfer requirements and safeguards. We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. See also our Terms of Service.
